Markon Strawberries

Markon First Crop (MFC) Strawberries are of consistent quality and size and have an attached lid for easy opening and re-closing. Sweet, grab and go convenience for all things strawberry!

•Toss together RSS Orange Sections, sliced MFC Strawberries, opal basil, and brown sugar; serve on buffets or with sandwiches

•Mix chopped MFC Strawberries, cubed Hass avocados, minced MFC Red Onions, minced jalapeno chile peppers, RSS Washed & Trimmed Cilantro, and RSS Lime Juice; serve with grilled snapper

•Purée MFC Strawberries, buttermilk, and sugar; pour through a sieve; sprinkle with gelatin, pour into molds, and chill; serve pannacotta with sliced MFC Strawberries
