No matter the occasion - whether it's for Valentine's Day or for celebrating some other special event, nothing is as elegant as lobster tails. Lobster tails are easier to obtain than whole lobsters and easier to prepare. Buying a whole lobster is very expensive, and because most of the meat is found in the claws and in the tail, it is more economical to just buy a quanity of frozen lobster tails than the whole lobster itself. They are very versatile too. They can be grilled, baked or broiled and served with a variety of sides such as risotto, rice pilaf, or twice baked potato.
