Dallas, Texas – Winn Meat Company, a division of Ben E. Keith Company, has announced the appointment of Chris Jackson as Plant Manager. Mr. Jackson is a 16 year veteran of the meat production industry and has been with Winn Meat since 2008, with various duties that included Line Supervisor, Communications Director, Operations Manager, and has recently served as the interim Plant Manager.

In a related activity, Ben E. Keith Foods Category Director Randy Tollison will add the responsibility of Winn Meat to his department and oversee the facility from the Food Division’s General Office. Mr. Tollison’s title will change to Category Director for Center of the Plate and Meat Production. Mr. Tollison is a 29 year veteran of the meat industry and has been with Ben E. Keith Foods since 2004.
