Recently, the annual Raising Cane’s 20th Anniversary Summit was held in Dallas. The Louisiana-based company celebrated their recent successes, discussed operational goals for 2016 and debuted their next five-year plan for the company. We are proud to have them in those plans as our food distributor partner.
Ben E. Keith was honored to be recognized as Raising Cane’s Distributor of the Year for 2015. In addition, Sue Simon, as its Customer Service Representative from the Dallas / Fort Worth Division was awarded the Partner of the Year.

Raising Cane’s used the following criteria to pick the Distributor of the Year.
They include:
- Fill Rate
- New Restaurant Opening support
- On time delivery
- Flexibility
- Consistency of operations between centers (e.g., processes, quality of support, drivers)
- Customer focus/responsiveness
