Want a Boost in Creativity?  Serve Some Dark Chocolate

If you really needed scientific proof of the health benefits of eating dark chocolate, then here you have it.  Studies from Loma Linda University's School of Allied Health Professions examined cells that fight infection and anti-inflammatory agents in the blood after participants ate one piece of 70% cacao dark chocolate every two hours they were awake for several days. The researchers also used an EEG (electroencephalogram) to examine brain activity, and said their results suggested cognitive function and creativity could be positively affected up to two hours after consumption.

We have a broad range of partners serving up some delicious dark chocolate, like Lindt, Ghirardelli, and Barry Callebaut.  Unsurpassed quality and flavor.  They are also focused on sustainability and ethical sourcing.  Their commitments span the line from the coca farmer, straight down to your customer.

While serving up some chunks of dark chocolate or delicious truffles on a small, beautiful plate is delightful, table top s’mores or fondue makers increase the fun factor.  Even these elegant mini chafers add a spark of upscale enjoyment. Take a look and add it to your menu.  Engage guests with dessert experiences that leaves the whole family coming back for more.  Catering?  Line up a wall of stations so guest can mingle together.  They’ll be all the more smarter for it.
