Business is booming in the foodservice and baking industry. People are willing to pay $5 for a pastry and $10 or more for a sandwich. There is one thing that is missing from all of this: the labor to produce it all. Now that’s a problem and It’s becoming an increasing struggle not just to find skilled labor, but the labor period.
