The Texas Restaurant Association held their annual TRA Marketplace foodservice show July 11-12 in San Antonio and the Ben E. Keith Foods booth was one of the busiest areas on the show floor and for great reason! Food and art came together, for two days our vendors featured amazing new products, our Culinary Resource Team did culinary demonstrations creating delicious dishes and a Texas artist painted a beautiful piece inspired by ‘Eat Local. Eat Often’.
Christopher Gonzalez, who lives in Fort Worth, painted for the duration of the show. He was chosen by the BEK marketing team for his bold, vibrant use of color and his unique style and what he brought to life is amazing. It blended together ‘Eat Local. Eat Often.’ with some of the great things that San Antonio is recognized for. The picture along with our marketing team is below.
