Position Summary: 
The Director of IT Enterprise Operations will be singularly focused on the daily operations of Ben E. Keith’s technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of enterprise systems, supporting operational objectives and service levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations management, ERP (SAP), Azure public cloud.., service delivery, vendor management and process optimization, with a focus on high availability, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, and broad experience in multi-cloud and multi-vendor technical operations. 

Responsibilities
•    Execute an enterprise operations “Run” strategy which is focused on scalability, uptime, and performance.
•    Responsible for incident management efforts across the BEK enterprise, ensuring timely resolution of critical incidents
•    Collaborate with IT leadership to develop IT operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
•    Operate multiple mission critical applications in a multi-cloud environment. 
•    Identify and implement emerging technologies and operational best practices to optimize infrastructure performance. 
•    Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality, and SLA are being met. 
•    Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
•    Implement and maintain ITIL-based best practices, including incident, problem and change management
•    Proactively address potential IT issues before they impact business operations
•    Collaborate with the Security team to ensure that BEK infrastructure is secure
•    Monitor and report on operational technology performance and efficiency to leadership.
•    Lead or participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
•    Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices


Work Experience Requirements:
•    10+ years proven experience managing enterprise IT environments, including on-premise and cloud infrastructure. 
•    7+ years of incident management experience in a complex ecosystem.
•    7+ years of leading operations staff in a complex, mission-critical environment.
•    5+ years of operational experience with ERP systems, including SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.
•    5+ years in an IT leadership role, ensuring the productive efforts of team members.
•    5+ years working with external partners   to run critical applications at scale.
•    Strong knowledge and demonstrated use of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices. 
•    Excellent communication interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
•    Experience with large and complex IT projects, implementations and transformations.
•    College degree is required.
