The purpose of the Warehouse Operations Manager is to direct the warehouse management teams to provide excellent service levels and ensure warehouse operational efficiency to achieve Branch and Company goals. • Oversee recruiting, training and management of all warehouse personnel to ensure Ben E. Keith operational objectives are met and maintained. • Direct and coordinate the receiving, storage, selection, and loading of all products inside and outside of the Branch. • Enforce appropriate policies and programs to ensure compliance with local safety laws and regulatory guidelines. • Support budget guidelines and financial goals to maximize company-wide profitability. • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance programs for the facility, warehouse operating equipment, and grounds. • Oversee the training and management of warehouse personnel. • Provide performance feedback to personnel. • Ensure budget expectations are met. • Set an example for all operations associates through professional and ethical management practices.
