DALLAS, June 24, 2024 – Ben E. Keith Beverages enters its second year of the All Aboard initiative, created to strengthen its market presence and employee engagement. Key leadership and executives will accompany area sales managers in the field as part of the efforts to support the customer experience and foster stronger relationships with the sales and service teams. Over 80 employees, including all division vice presidents, general managers, directors, and their teams, will join area sales managers to make accounts and meet with both sales and service team members across Texas the week of June 24th.
Ben E. Keith is committed to delivering exceptional products, services, and daily market support to our valued partners. The All Aboard initiative occurs multiple times throughout the year and enables our teams to work closely together, collaborate, and show appreciation to all the Sales and Service teams. Enhanced engagement and communication across departments contribute to delivering exceptional service and achieving divisional goals of building profitability, enhancing culture, and improving.
"The All Aboard initiative is important because effective management begins with understanding and supporting each other's roles. Collaboration among managers, sales, and service fosters a more cohesive team that will drive success through shared vision and mutual respect," said Beverage Division President Flint Prewitt.
