Diana Bratton is the founder and owner of Cafe 1217, the upbeat and cheerful “gourmet to go”, dine-in cafe and catering company in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Chef Bratton has been a customer of Ben E. Keith Arkansas since 1997. Since opening, Cafe 1217 has been on the Food Network’s Best of… Deli’s, a featured culinary destination in Southern Living and has won the prestigious Arkansas Times 2006 Reader Choice Awards for Best Healthy Eating, Best Deli/Gourmet Shop and Best Desserts along with the Sentinel Records 2006 Reader’s Choice Awards for Best Continental, Best Lunch and Best Desserts. Her cookbook “The Original Cafe 1217” was published in 2006.
