Ben E. Keith Co. – Beverage Distributors distribute a large portfolio of products to retailers throughout Texas. As territories expand, and new areas are elected “wet”, Ben E. Keith Co. continues to provide quality products and service to all licensed accounts. Depending on your location, Ben E. Keith Co. has an operation facility or a sales office to meet your needs.

March 10,2008 Ben E. Keith Beverages acquired the Texas division of College Station-based C.R. Goodman Distribution Company, a distributor of more than 60 high-end craft and import beer brands. All Texas operations, which include 63 employees in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio facilities and sales offices, will remail the same under the Ben E. Keith Specialty Division name. This acquisition increases Ben E. Keith Beverages’ overall beverage distribution area to include the entire state of Texas. The company’s distribution area for Anheuser-Busch products will not expand.

January 31, 2009 Ben E. Keith Beverages acquired over 60 more beer brands from Dallas based Glazers Distributing. one of the nation’s largest distributors of wines, spirits, and malts. The acquisition enables Ben E. Keith to be the exclusive distributor of these beers within 46 counties in Texas, including the North Texas and Austin markets. The acquisition doubles Ben E. Keith’s existing craft and import beer selection to include more than 100 brands and 800 SKU’s. Notable brands include Sierra Nevada, Pyramid, Paulaner, Asahi, Sapporo, Flying Dog, and many more.
