Kevin Bartholomew, President

Kevin joined Ben E. Keith Company in 1984. He served in several different capacities before being named General Manager in Palestine in 1986 where he spent five years. From 1991 through 1993, Kevin served as the General Manager in Abilene for a year and then moved on to the Dallas branch and became General Manager in 1997. Kevin continued up in rank and in 1999 became the Vice President of Sales & Operations. Just one year later, in 2000, Kevin was named President of the entire Ben E. Keith Beverage division.

Flint Prewitt, Vice President Sales & Operations

Flint’s career with Ben E. Keith began in 1990 when he joined the company as night warehouse employee and forklift operator in the Fort Worth branch. He later became a management trainee in Fort Worth and Denton and then went on to join Troy LaGrone’s staff in 1992. Flint moved up quickly within the company and became the General Manager of Commerce in 1994 where he stayed for the next three years. In 1997 Flint became the Assistant General Manager in Dallas, General Manager in 1999, and assumed his current position in 2000. Fierce competition for market share in the beverage industry is reflected through Flint’s aggressive sales initiatives.

Connie Brown, Vice President Pricing

As Vice President of Pricing, Connie Brown assists our branches with vital pricing trends and information necessary for generating record breaking sales. Connie joined Ben E. Keith Beverages in 1981 as an Administrative Assistant to the General Manager in Dallas and continued to work her way up the ladder. She was named Vice President of Pricing in 2000 where her years of experience with promotions and pricing are vital to stay on top of our market’s competition.

Barry Green, Vice President National Accounts

Barry Green joined Ben E. Keith Beverages in 1977, and has seen the ins and outs of the sales and service operations as he held many of those positions at some point in his career. In 1997, Barry assumed the position of Vice President National Accounts where he oversees a staff of chain account managers who work to generate sales and uniform service to our large chain accounts.

James Hallam, Vice President Marketing

James’ career with Ben E. Keith began in 1994 and over the past fourteen years he has excelled in many positions within the Company. As Vice President of Marketing, James manages all marketing initiatives, event sponsorships, public relations, charitable gifts, alcohol education programs, and employee and retailer communications.

James earned his undergraduate studies from St. Edwards University and received his masters in business administration from SMU in 2005.

Paul Holton, Vice President Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Paul Holton oversees all mechanical operations of the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, delivery trucks, and company fleet necessary to carry out sales and service responsibilities. Paul joined the Ben E. Keith family in 1980 as a mechanic. His past Army National Guard knowledge quickly earned Paul the title of Fleet Manager and later the title of Operations Manager in 1999. His knowledge of the inner workings of the operations department earned him the title of Vice President of Operations in 2000.

Charles Davis, Vice President Training

Charlie began his career with Ben E. Keith in 1980, where he worked in many facets of the company, and has seen the ins and outs of each department. Charlie served in almost every position, from driver, to sales representative, to management and created the training department practically from scratch. His vast knowledge of the changing beverage industry and continued education into changing technological education tools has made Charlie a valuable asset to Ben E. Keith Company.

Steve Fleming, Vice President Administration & Information

Steve joined Ben E. Keith in 1982, after graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington. During his tenure, he has held positions in Special Events, Sales, Administration, and was General Manager at two of our distribution centers.

Steve now holds the title of Vice President of Administration & Information where he is responsible for administration and information technology systems for all eleven of our distribution centers and four sales offices.
